Title: Golden Fried Catfish

6smCatfish; cleaned and dressed
1tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
2cCornmeal, self-rising
  Vegetable oil

Sprinkle catfish with salt and pepper. Place cornmeal in a paper bag; drop in catfish, one at a time, and shake until coated. Fry in deep hot oil (375) until golden brown; drain well. Serve hot.
